Check-in and check-out

Check-in from 2 pm, check-out by 12 noon.

How check-in works

1. Book on the website or in a messenger.
2. Pay via the link we send — the Faster Payments System (SBP) is the easiest.
3. Your door code arrives in your messenger.
4. Enter the code on the electronic lock — and you are in.

Your code works only during your stay. Please do not share it with anyone.

Documents

Documents are handled online in your guest card — we will send you the link in your messenger.

Wi-Fi

Wi-Fi is free. We will tell you how to connect in your messenger after check-in.

Shared areas

The kitchen is shared — please clean up your dishes and the table. If something is broken or has run out, message the administrator in your messenger.

Extra services

• Luggage storage — 50 ₽ per hour
• Open-air parking — 250–300 ₽ per day
• Covered parking — 350–400 ₽ per day
• Washing — 300 ₽
• Drying — 300 ₽
• Laundry capsule — 50 ₽
• Slippers — 100 ₽ / 150 ₽
